Karen began her career in 2006 and has worked across a diverse portfolio of brands spanning automotive, banking, hospitality, tourism, FMCG, retail, and government sectors. A planner at heart, her expertise spans communications strategy, data-driven marketing, customer growth, and business transformation. She is particularly passionate about behavioural economics and understanding the factors that influence consumer decision-making, helping brands create more meaningful connections with audiences and drive lasting business impact.
