Mariela is a Creative Director with over 22 years of international experience, currently at Alma DDB. Her career has taken her across two countries and five cities—New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Boulder, and Mexico City—where she has built a portfolio spanning diverse markets and audiences.
Her work has been recognized at the world’s most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, New York Festivals, Clio, Ojo de Iberoamérica, as well as the Mexican and U.S. Hispanic Creative Circles. Along the way, she has led creative departments and teams at some of the industry’s most respected agencies, among them Deutsch Los Angeles, We Believers New York, Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles, and DDB Mexico.
She studied Graphic Design in Mexico and photography in Los Angeles.
