How has the role of media evolved in shaping consumer behavior?

The media has created new touch points with consumers, new moments of media consumptions that that we couldn’t image just some years ago. The digital platform and how the generations are engaging with content are constantly and rapidly changing. This impact is not only in consumers, but also similar transformation happening in the healthcare industry with patients, healthcare professionals and pharmacists.
