1. What did winning a Gold award at the Festival of Media Latin America Awards mean to you and your team?
Winning Gold was a proud milestone for our entire team. It recognized much more than a successful marketing campaign—it validated years of work building PUMA PRIS into a true digital ecosystem that creates value for both our customers and our business.
The award celebrated the collaboration between Marketing, Technology, Data, Operations and our country teams across Latin America. It also reinforced our belief that customer-centric innovation, powered by data and digital capabilities, can transform the fuel retail experience.
2. Why do you believe it is important for companies to enter the Festival of Media Latin America Awards?
The Festival of Media Awards is an opportunity to showcase ideas that generate real business impact, not just creative excellence. It encourages companies to innovate, measure results and share best practices that inspire the industry.
For us, participating was also a chance to demonstrate that meaningful digital transformation happens when technology, data and customer experience come together with a clear business purpose. Recognition from industry peers motivates teams, attracts talent and encourages organizations to continue investing in innovation.
