Amanda Jones Faoye currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing for La Mer North America, where she drives the strategic vision and brand evolution of one of the world’s most iconic luxury skincare brands. Under her leadership, La Mer has continued to reinforce its position as the #1 luxury skincare brand in North America—delivering breakthrough brand experiences, cultivating deep consumer loyalty, and leading with both creativity and commercial precision.
With more than 15 years of experience in beauty and consumer packaged goods, Amanda is a classically trained marketer known for building, transforming, and scaling brands through intentional, innovative, and impactful strategies. At COVERGIRL, she helped create culturally resonant, high-performing campaigns that redefined mass beauty marketing and earned recognition from the Global Festival of Media and the North American Effies. WWD/Beauty Inc named her one of five rising stars in its 2019 Women’s Issue feature, “Force Multipliers,” and Essence recognized her among 15 executives changing the beauty industry. At Estée Lauder, she led brand storytelling and go-to-market strategies that honored the brand’s heritage while increasing its relevance across channels.
Amanda’s expertise spans integrated brand marketing, omni-channel retail strategy, consumer engagement, and business transformation. With a unique blend of creative instinct and commercial discipline, she brings a 360° marketing lens and a passion for crafting emotionally resonant storytelling that drives real business results.
She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and an MBA in Marketing Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Amanda currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and their dog. Outside of work, she’s an avid fan of coffee, tennis, and curating inspiring interior design spaces.
