Throughout my career at The Coca-Cola Company, I have led end-to-end portfolio strategies across multiple countries—spanning innovation, zero-sugar expansions, brand migrations, packaging transformation, and affordability strategies. I have driven large-scale regional integration, currently unifying 24 Caribbean markets under the “One Caribbean” vision, enabling executional scale, resource optimization, and globally aligned yet locally relevant brand strategies.

Recognized for turning complexity and crisis into growth opportunities, I have led critical transformations including the One Brand strategy, market turnarounds during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the execution of global platforms such as FIFA World Cups, Coke Studio, and culturally iconic partnerships. My leadership blends strategic rigor with deep cultural understanding, delivering sustained impact while honoring brands that have shaped consumer heritage for generations.
