I’m a strategic and creative marketing leader with over 15 years’ experience, building brands, driving growth, and leading teams across global markets. Recognised by Campaign Asia as one of their Top 40 Women to Watch, I’m passionate about driving change – whether that’s scaling businesses, launching sustainability initiatives, or building a strong team culture. My expertise spans marketing, communications, partnerships, and sustainability, with a strong track record of delivering impact at both start-ups and global companies.

Currently, I’m the Founder and Director of Climate Club, with a mission to help businesses in the climate and green tech space grow. It’s already been recognised as one of the most exciting agency launches in APAC, and our clients range from agri-tech and alternative protein to FMCG and food innovation.

Previously, as CMO at abillion, I led marketing globally, increasing sign-ups and revenue growth. Before that, I spent six years at foodpanda, where I worked with an incredible team to scale the business x10, from a 30-person team in Singapore to a regional leader with over 1,300 employees. In those six years, I rebranded the company, launched six business units, and introduced sustainability initiatives that saved over billions of sets of cutlery across 13 markets.

Beyond my corporate roles, I actively contribute as an advisory board member and mentor in sustainability and marketing organisations, including Young NTUC, the International Advertising Association, and the National Youth Council. My work has earned multiple industry awards for brand strategy, public service communications, and social impact.
