A business graduate she has had the experience of working in companies like Marico, Perfetti Van Melle, Godrej Household products handling renowned brands like Parachute Coconut hair oil, Chupa Chups, Goodknight, Hit, to name a few. Starting from developing product and brand strategies, her work experience straddles across research and media management. Currently she is heading the marketing and ecommerce function of Bata Shoe Company (BD) Ltd, the leading retail footwear brand of Bangladesh and coordinating the marketing initiatives for Bata Pakistan. In her current role she is responsible for overall marketing communication across the region in different mediums & platforms, brand strategy development & implementation.
