A digital veteran who pivoted at the cusp of the industry’s digital inflection point in 2012, Manel bridges strategy and execution at scale. She began her career at OMD, working on McDonald’s during the emergence of mobile, performance media, and always-on customer engagement – when digital was transitioning from experimentation to expectation across Asia-Pacific markets. In 2017, she moved in-house to McDonald’s, where she led the launch of the McDonald’s app in Singapore. Her work today focuses on building scalable, customer-first digital ecosystems that deliver long-term value and measurable business impact.
