She began her career at OMD, working on McDonald’s during the emergence of mobile, performance media, and always-on customer engagement – when digital was transitioning from experimentation to expectation across Asia-Pacific markets. In 2017, she moved in-house to McDonald’s, where she led the launch of the McDonald’s app in Singapore. Her work today focuses on building scalable, customer-first digital ecosystems that deliver long-term value and measurable business impact.
