Abhishek Gupta is a seasoned marketing and customer experience leader appointed as Managing Director and Chief Customer Officer at Pantomath Financial Services Group. With more than 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning financial services, retail, and telecommunications, he brings deep expertise in brand building, customer-centric growth strategies, and marketing transformation. In his current role, Gupta is responsible for leading Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience initiatives across the Group’s key entities, including Pantomath Capital Advisors, The Wealth Company, and Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Limited. Prior to joining Pantomath, he served as Director and Chief Marketing Officer at Edelweiss Life Insurance for over seven years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping differentiated customer propositions and driving business growth. His earlier leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Edelweiss Group, Chief Marketing Officer at The MobileStore, and General Manager – Marketing at Bharti Retail.
