Natalie leads innovation at Collectively—a global leader in influencer marketing. She oversees strategy, measurement, media, and technology, bringing these disciplines together to drive the evolution of cutting-edge marketing practices in the constantly changing advertising industry. In partnership with The Brandtech Group, Natalie has developed new offerings powered by AI and designed a first-of-its-kind Gen AI Creator Residency program geared toward building a powerful network of next-generation creators.

Before stepping into influencer marketing, Natalie led brand strategy at SYPartners, a design-led management consultancy that works alongside the CEOs of iconic companies. Earlier in her career, she led global communications for the Goldman Environmental Prize, the “Green Nobel”, and held leadership roles at several mission-driven startups at the intersection of technology, media, and activism. Natalie has been an advisor to early-stage companies through the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and is a frequent media source, as well as a speaker and guest lecturer at conferences and universities including Cannes Lions, Stanford, Yale School of Management, Columbia, NYU, and Cornell Tech.
