Ashley Chang has been described as a storytelling wizard, insights queen, and the kind of magnetic leader whose energy doesn’t just inspire—it delivers. As Senior Director of Global Enterprise Marketing at Adobe, Ashley leads narrative strategy and flagship campaigns that help the world’s most iconic brands navigate transformation in the age of AI with Adobe.

Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience driving marketing and sales growth across industries, from startups to global powerhouses. Before Adobe, Ashley spent over a decade launching products and building brands at Google, including introducing the first AI features in Google’s consumer apps and transforming how Product shipped product (hint: bundles!) 

Ashley began her career in storytelling with roles at NBC, ABC, and The Coca-Cola Company, on-site during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Passionate about building communities, she served as the Global Chair of the Asian Google Network and on the Board of The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, which has awarded more than $70M in scholarships deserving student leaders. She currently serves on the Board for Soles4Souls, a nonprofit turning shoes into opportunities for millions of people around the world.

Ashley noticed a gap on bookshelves—and decided to fill it with flavor. What started as a simple observation—Where are all the books about the foods *we* grew up eating?—turned into The ABC Digest, a bestselling children’s book collection she created with her husband/ illustrator.
