Instacart needed to reassert its place as a category leader, as online grocery services suddenly became overcrowded during the pandemic.

Our objective was to hero “the cart” as our brand IP to drive brand awareness, spark conversation and create a boom in orders. We needed to launch a memorable campaign that would catapult the cart into culture.
