Festival of Media Latin America Awards 2025 Shortlist Announced

Created in 2010 this awards programme benchmarks and celebrates the best media work from Latin America. Its juries and judging processes are revered throughout the region and regarded as the most important media awards programme in Latin America.

The first round of judging has been completed and we have identified the most shortlisted campaigns, agencies, countries and brands in the Festival of Media LatAm Awards programme for 2025.

In terms of campaigns PHD Chile’s ‘Me Feat. Me’; ‘Mentiras, La Serie”, The Emotional Echo that Became National Conversation from OMG Mexico;  ‘EstibADores’ from OMD Peru; ‘Mix My Emojis’ by ‘Dentsu Creative Brazil; ‘#ElRingoRiga: Adopting a new approach to product placement’ from PHD Columbia and Nasta Ogilvy Paraguay’s ‘ArtDaily’ are the most lauded and should make for some tough final round judging discussions in November.

There is also a real split in the most recognised agencies this year with the top five being OMD Mexico, ICBC Argentina, OMG Mexico, Initiative Mexico and PHD Chile.

It means there is a real mix of clients and the most shortlisted are Nissan, Nosotras, Amazon Prime Video, Banco BHD, Coppel, YOY, ICBC and Mibanco.

When it comes to the countries with most bragging rights for the work they are creating the top five is made up of Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Brazil.
