M&M Global Awards 2025 Winners Announced

The oldest programme in the Festival of Media portfolio, M&M Global was launched in 1989 to celebrate the media teams working in Europe on European campaigns. Since then, it has evolved into a global platform celebrating the use of platforms, channels and tools for media, and most importantly benchmarking the work in industry sectors from automotive and pharma to finance and beauty. It has a very loyal following and continues to see some amazing work entered.

This year we hosted our live ceremony at Spotify in London bringing together the international media industry to celebrate the best campaigns on the planet.

Mediaplus Germany had an amazing evening claiming two Grand Prix awards for Agency of the Year with three highly commended accolades, eight shortlistings and three golds, as well as Campaign of the Year for its ‘SCREEN2SAVE’ work, which won two golds and two highly commended accolades.

Other campaigns that took home multiple trophies and earned standout recognition were ‘Just Joking’ by PHD US, ‘Rainbow Wool’ from Mediaplus Germany, Mindshare UK’s ‘Vaseline Verified’ and ‘EstibADores’ from PHD UK.

The final Grand Prix trophy went to PHD Worldwide who secured the revered Agency Network of the Year Grand Prix thanks to 12 of its offices around the world being shortlisted and securing wins for ten different campaigns and clients.

The most awarded agencies in this year’s programme are Mediaplus Germany, PHD UK, Mindshare US, Havas Play France, PHD UK and Arena Media, while the clients with the most lauded work are Dove, Free2move, McDonald’s, Sandy Hook Promise and Schäferei Stücke.

Geographically for the first time in a few years the UK was the most awarded country followed by the US, Germany, France, Spain and Canada.

The prizes were awarded by five sessions of jurors during the final judging week, which brought together two days of virtual juries spanning the APAC, LatAm, the US, Europe and MENA and two in person sessions at Croud in London.

The discussions were lively, insightful, and often challenging, making the for tough decisions who should take home the accolades. Amber Sayer, one of our judges and Sales Director, Deliveroo Advertising said: “It was wonderful to be on a panel with a group of diverse and passionate professionals who all brought their unique experience and views to the discussion.  There were lots of innovative and creative campaigns in the shortlist and some categories were extremely difficult to agree on a winner as the quality was really high.
