Dan is well versed across a wide range of brand disciplines, from strategy to design and implementation. He also has communications planning and implementation experience across a many media, both on and offline.
He’s been with du since 2010, working to deliver the day-to-day development needs of the brand and business, whilst also heading up the ongoing brand management function and brand driven communications. Before joining du, Dan looked after the corporate brand and city sized ‘mega-project’ brands at Sama Dubai (a Dubai Holding Subsidiary).
With various agency and consultancy roles under his belt prior to this, Dan has been in the Middle East for over 10 years and spent time in London prior to this working at a Global level with APRAIS, and at an regional level for McCann Worldgroup.
Dan’s back ground is in music production, but he is also a classic car owner (or sponsor depending on how you see the benefits), an accomplished cook, and in recent years has trekked up both Kilimanjaro and Mt Kenya.
He is British, but has been fortunate enough to have spent a significant part of his life working in international environments and has lived in a few places around the world, including Singapore, the US and the UAE. Travelling to a few more.
