Leslie Koch leads the international expansion of Launchpad, Turner’s in-house social agency, and oversees social activation teams in New York and London. As Director of Social Strategy, she guides the development and execution of all global brand partnerships for CNN, Great Big Story, Cartoon Network and Esporte Interativo, among other Turner properties. She specializes in creating personalized, insight-driven campaigns that spark an emotional connection between consumers and brands.
Leslie honed her data-driven approach at HBO, where she built and led a social insights team that informed programming and marketing decisions. Leslie started her career at Time Inc, where she conducted consumer research on People en Español. She is active with Women In Sports Events (WISE). Leslie majored in Spanish at the University of Pennsylvania, and remains involved in the university as an alumni interviewer.
