Ernesto is LATAM Airlines Director of Marketing for USA, Canada, Caribbean and Asia were he has successfully led integrated marketing campaigns for long haul, regional and domestic travel originating in Northern America & Caribbean. He has helped shape LATAM’s digital ecosystem to ensure a clear roadmap of investment and the creation of a solid foundation to ensure competitiveness and efficiency in online performance.
Ernesto has more than 18 years of experience working for various multinational companies in Latin America and USA including Best Foods/Unilever, Citibank, Colgate-Palmolive and MasterCard among others. He has worked on developing and implementing integrated marketing communication and has spent his last 10 years very involved with everything digital.
A native of Colombia, Ernesto holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an MBA from GW.
