Debra Pogorelsky leads PepsiCo’s Beverages Consumer Strategy for Latin America, driving digital transformation, strategy, deployment and marketing initiatives. Throughout her career she has been driven by a passion for tech and startups, and has strived to foster meaningful global relationships to leverage digital creative opportunities.
Born in Buenos Aires, Debra moved to Canada where she completed her Bachelor’s degree at University of Toronto. She joined AdParlor, one of Facebook’s first advertising partners to lead the company’s expansion into Latin America and ultimately establishing a physical presence in the region. She relocated to Miami and joined Nobox as Business Development Director. Her background is well rounded, having experienced the tech, agency and brand sides.
Debra is an advocate for women’s Advancement and Diversity & Inclusion, and has co-founded Bridges Unite, a dynamic inclusive network of diverse women who want to fulfill their personal and career ambitions at the highest level.
