Regional Senior Marketing Director - Digital Marketing, PepsiCo
Ana Maria Henao started her career at Procter & Gamble working across multiple categories including brands like Ariel, Tide, Cover Girl, Max Factor, Gucci Fragrances, Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances, Hugo Boss Fragrances and The Art of Shaving, with responsibility of various countries across Latin America and North America. During the last 3 years at P&G working for The Art of Shaving business (from its acquisition), Ana Maria led the biggest ecommerce business P&G had at the time, that was used as the incubator to validate concepts later use in the expansion of this channel into core categories.
After almost 15 years at P&G, Ana Maria moved to SABMiller (now part of Anheuser-Busch InBev, world’s largest brewer) as Regional Marketing Director leading the LATAM Digital Acceleration Program. During her tenure she led the transformational journey that positioned SABMiller as a referent in LATAM for digital marketing as recognized by multiple industry awards. The LATAM Digital Acceleration Program became the base to build the global program implemente in 2015-2016.
In December 2016, Ana Maria joined PepsiCo as Senior Marketing Director leading the LATAM Consumer Connections Transformation Program with responsibility for both food & beverages as well as supporting the overall commercial transformation.
Ana Maria studied International Business at EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia. In 2013, she attended the Hyperisland Business Transformation thru Digital Masterclass in New York; and in 2015 the Digital Marketing Executive program from the Stellenbosch University in Cape Town, South Africa.
She is actively involved in the Joshua’s Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to end world hunger with 1.6 million pounds of food distributed to families in need so far.
