“Connections” refers to how we guide the content around the system. It’s about having a clearly defined distribution strategy, ensuring there are no dead ends or wastage resulting from unconnected content.
We do this by taking a step back and seeing the bigger picture so that not only can we ensure the right content is properly connected throughout the entire system, but just as importantly, we can ensure the content is designed with the connection in mind.
