Petra is global category director Branded Cheese at Royal
FrieslandCampina, the Netherlands. She has more than 20 years of
brand development and marketing management experience. After
completing her studies in Exercise Physiology, she began her career
as a management trainee at Unilever and held several senior
positions there, including vice-president brand development
beverages and European brand director at Unilever Bestfoods and
global marketing manager Spreads and Dressings at Unilever Global
Foods Category. She joined Royal FrieslandCampina in April 2010 and
is responsible for leading global strategy and new business
development of Branded Cheese, Innovation Portfolio strategy and
Product leadership strategy.
