Mats Stigzelius is co-founder and CEO of Takumi, an Instagram Influencer Platform. Since its creation in early 2015, Takumi has worked with over 600 brands across more than 2,000 campaigns. Takumi has offices in London, Berlin, New York and Reykjavik and is continuing to expand globally.
Alongside Takumi, Mats is also a partner at Rainmaking – a seed capital investment and innovation company, launching its own start-ups and helping to grow existing early stage start-ups.
His previous experience includes developing brand strategies, implementing business plans and arranging financing for companies across a number of industries in Europe and North America, including Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Media and Telecoms sectors as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and as a VP in a Private Equity firm. Mats graduated from Manchester University with a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, with first class honours in 2000.
Outside of business, Mats is a father of three who doesn’t get to powder ski anywhere near as much as he would like to.
