During her studies International Fashion & Branding (AMFI), Maddie Raedts was heavily involved with the launch of Fashiolista.com in 2010 as part of the board of advisors. She was responsible for the influencer marketing and relations for the platform and simultaneously gathered some other work experience in the creative scene such as V magazine in NYC and writing for L’Officiel NL. After setting up the influencer network and collaborations for Fashiolista, launching IMA was a logical step. As a creative director Maddie is mainly responsible for the influencer and talent management division, always keeping the best match of influencers and aesthetic quality of business in mind. Next to that there Maddie runs the daily management and company strategy with Emilie.
