Barbara Sołtysińska – the co-founder of indaHash (international platform for native ad campaigns with influencers) and LifeTube (the biggest YouTube multichannel network in Central Europe).
Sołtysińska carries the title of EY Entrepreneur of the Year (in the “New Business” category). Furthermore, for her outstanding contribution to interactive marketing and advertising, she became the first woman to win the “Man of the Year” award, by the MIXX awards IAB, Poland, 2015 (one of the most important awards in the interactive sector).
She is considered to be one of the 100 most inspiring people in the polish interactive business sector. She has been nominated for titles like “Woman in Business” and “Man of the Year – Internet” and received an honorable mention for “Business Woman of the Year”.
In 2013 she founded LifeTube, a multichannel network for YouTube, after 3 years LifeTube became a leader in its category in Poland, and the biggest network in Central Europe. Totaling over 32 million subscribers, 230 million monthly views, and 260 engaged creators. Over 3 years LifeTube delivered over 1000 special projects and campaigns for the biggest brands in Poland. In 2016 LifeTube was acquired by one of the largest fund managers in Poland; Altus TFI.
In 2015 together with Włas Chorowiec, Sołtysińska founded indaHash – an international platform that automates content marketing campaigns with digital influencers on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. Thanks to innovative approach, since its founding indaHash has accomplished over 1000 campaigns on 58 markets (like Germany, UK, Poland or South Africa) for brands like Coca-cola, McDonalds, P&G and L’Oreal. Currently, the app has over 300 000 registered influencers, capable of generating over 775M impressions).
Earlier in her career, Sołtysińska worked in PR for 7 years – she held the position of Strategic Director in Ciszewski MSL (MSL Group) and Managing Director in Livebrand PR Communication. During her time there, Sołtysińska was frequently awarded in multiple categories for her projects.
