Ben is responsible for driving digital growth in G14,
Initiative's highest performing markets outside the US, and also
plays a lead role in maximizing digital integration within the
region.
Before joining Initiative, Ben was Head of Digital at Starcom
Mediavest Group in the UK, where he was responsible for
restructuring digital planning and facilitating digital
integration. He also managed the digital media display teams for
clients such as Samsung, Cadbury's, Honda, Fiat, UBS, EMI, and
Inbev.
Previously, Ben headed EMEA digital planning for Ford and PAG at
Mindshare. He has also worked at digital pure plays, Avenue A, and
Unique Digital, managing digital media for the likes of Expedia,
E-bookers, Ladbrokes, and P&G.
Before swapping digital agencies for the world of large network
agencies in 2005, Ben won numerous awards for his digital work, for
clients including Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and Ford. Today he
works on building planning teams to create multi-channel, cross
platform and technological campaigns that in turn deliver work of
the highest quality. In recent years he has overseen award-winning
work for the likes of Cadburys, Fiat and Ford.
During his time in the digital space, Ben's expertise has been
called upon by industry peers for advice on all elements of
strategy and innovation. He has been a consultant for Apple and
became a member of the Mediamind Global Advisory Board in 2007.
