A new challenge in Shell with responsabilities across all Lines
of Business, managing the Shell Media strategy and budget globally
This includes also the management of the relationship with the
Media Agency, the contract management and global Agency evaluations
. It includes also the management of external audits to the Agency
and well as Media Auditing for quality and cost. In a fragmented
Media world where consumer pull grows in importance everyday, my
biggest challenge is to leverage and maximize the impact of bought,
earned and own Media through integrated communications
planning.
