Since 2009, Sarajit has been responsible for marketing HSBC to
corporate and institutional clients. During this period, he
has developed a multi-channel program of B2B client engagement
through strategic media partnerships and innovation in print,
events and conferences and digital media. In his previous role in
HSBC Holdings, as Group Head of Marketing Planning and Insight he
was responsible for reporting on brand health and customer
experience to the group management board. He was instrumental in
introducing an innovative way to study customer engagement
through measuring emotions evoked through interactions across
various touchpoints. He is based in London.
